July 29, 2015

FLC Seniors Club is starting a new activity – Qigong.

Qigong (chee gong) is an ancient Chinese Health Care System that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, meditations and focused intention.

The gentle, rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system.

Registration for the Fall session will be held at the annual FLC Seniors Registration on August 15th, 2015.

Come see to us at the Qigong activity desk on August 15th.  Our instructor Mario Argento will be present to answer questions and to show a demo DVD about this ancient Chinese Health Care System and sign you up for the fall session.

Classes will be held in the Seniors Lounge at the Trico Centre, Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
