FLC Seniors Social Duplicate Bridge

Social Duplicate Bridge is a drop-in format. We draw for partners at each session.
All bridge players are welcome.
Join us and sharpen your bridge skills in a friendly ambiance.
Newcomers are requested to contact a coordinator in advance.
Players volunteer to assist with setup and close

When: Tuesday evening from 6:45pm to 10:00pm. To allow for setup arrive by 6:30pm.

FLC Seniors Thursday Afternoon Drop-in Bridge

This bridge is open to anyone and again 'Social' is the key word for these weekly gatherings,
which go on all year round.

Currently we have as many as nine to ten tables.

We welcome all FLC Seniors, at all levels of bridge to join us.

There is a charge of $1.00 to play, but all of these funds are returned to the players as prizes.

Bridge commences at 12:30pm sharp, but some players arrive at 12:15pm to play some practice hands.

Come out for a friendly game of Bridge. Beginners Welcome—Bring a Friend.

All levels are welcome, and we would love to see more participants.

We will draw for partners and change every fourth round.

FLC Seniors Friday Evening Duplicate Bridge

Pairs of players with a range of skills, but having basic knowledge of duplicate play, meet to play on the fourth Friday of each month September through May.

Location: FLC Seniors Lounge – Trico Centre
Time: 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Players come early to help with set-up; and following play to clean up the room.

Two pairs share the responsibility of bringing a snack for the group for each meeting (sandwiches, sweets, pickles and the likes).  Members bring their own drinks, but the group provides coffee and milk.

  • DROP IN SUPERVISED BID AND PLAY is held at the same time as regular classes - only for members who have previously taken lessons. (This is not a teaching class.)  $5 per evening.  No registration needed,  just drop in. 
  • Class Cost -- $40.00 cash or cheque for Beginners, $48.00 cash or cheque for Intermediate, plus $6 cash for course material.  Bring your own binder.

  •  No refunds after first class has been held.
