CATALYST THEATRE’S

NEVERMORE

THE IMAGINARY LIFE AND MYSTERIOUS DEATH OF EDGAR ALLAN POE

BOOK, MUSIC & LYRICS BY JONATHAN CHRISTENSON

Directed by Jonathan Christenson

Production Design - Bretta Gerecke

Choreography - Laura Krewski

Sound Design - Wade Staples

Music Producer - Matthew Skopyk

May 13 or May 20

A whimsical and chilling musical fairy tale.

The lines between fact and fiction in this tale are thin, where dreams function as reality, and life and death are blurred.  Master of the Macabre, Edgar Allan Poe;, battled addiction, tragedy and poverty, all while creating some of the most influential works in genre fiction. Bizarrely beautiful and whimsically witty, NEVERMORE uses haunting song, poetic storytelling, and surreal imagery to explore the events that shaped Poe’s career and ignited his lifelong battle with “visions dark and sinister”.

Catalyst Theatre returns with their smash hit musical NEVERMORE: The Imaginary Life & Mysterious Death of Edgar Allan Poe.
