We will meet at 9.45am at the Sobey/Good Earth Plaza in Cranston. Take Deerfoot Trail SOUTH OF STONEY TRAIL/22X TO THE CRANSTON AVENUE EXIT OFF DEERFOOT. Follow the exit around to the first traffic light. Go straight ahead through the light and the plaza is immediately on your right. We will meet outside the Good Earth Café.
We will ride the Cranston ridge and head to the new hospital for lunch - lots of tables to eat our lunch and clean washrooms. We will return back the way we came along the Cranston ridge for a different perspective.
Very scenic ride with views of the mountains, the Bow River and downtown Calgary. 20kms approx. No steep hills.
Bring lots of water and sunscreen.
