About 90% of the ride is on paved bike trails with just two hills, an acceptable climb up the ridge into the Douglasdale / McKenzie area and a nasty one to get into Cranston. Otherwise it is all flat with bathroom stops at 16 kms and 38 kms. We will cruise through the impressive development that is Mahogany and then take the less well known boardwalks on the city's eastern flank, stopping at Ralph Klein Park. Lunch stop to be determined by conditions on the day, but bring the usual Calgary all weather conditions clothing and ensure e-bike batteries are charged.
