This is a sixty kms loop, 99% on city pathways: along the Bow to Bowness, up to the top of Nose Hill, then back down Nose Creek. For those who rode it last year, this will be in the reverse direction.
There are numerous washrooms and one quite tough hill, over 500m of elevation in total.
