General description of the rides Usually, 40 - 70 km long at a somewhat faster pace than Level 2, longer and steeper hills we most often ride up, fewer breaks. Rest stops on hilltops, viewpoints, at washrooms, snacks, lunch. Pedal-assist, speed-limited, 500-Watt max power e-bikes that meet City and Provincial pathways' regulations are welcome.

Ride Postings and Signups Rides are typically posted at least two weeks before the ride and should include the ride signup date (usually one week) and 8:00 a.m. time in the ride description so members know when they can sign up with the green signup button.
