I felt that it was to risky to go and expose ourselves to Covid-19.
Alternative ride from Saskatoon farm to a wandering, mostly on the streets, tour of many communities NW of Fish Creek The ride is set to be 45 kms long with a few hills. There is a way to shorten the ride if we wish. The list of communities we will pass through include Deer Ridge,Queensland, Lake Bonavista, Southland, Haysboro, Bel-aire, Mayfair, Eagle Ridge, Bayview, Oak Ridge, Cedarbrae, Woodbine, Braeside, Canyon Meadows, Lake Bonaventure and Parkland. Washrooms could be a small problem but we pass a couple of malls so we should be okay.
Come prepared: bring your helmet, lunch, water, emergency information, sun glasses, sun screen, spare tire tubes, pump,band-aids. Be sure your bike is in good condition, bike bell, brakes and gears in good condition.
