We will cycle through residential, parks, along canals and Highwood river. Lunch will be at George Lane park. Total distance is about 25 km and will be on both pathways and quiet streets. The whole town is flat so no hills to speak of. Meet at the east side of Coop supermarket at 1220 1st SE, High River. Head south on highway 2 to the interchange of highway 23 which goes to Vulcan. At the interchange, head west [on 12 Ave] for about 2.5 km to 1st SE and turn left and Coop will be on your left. Be there by 9:40 AM so we can get our bikes ready and go over rules.
