YOGA

CALGARY FLC SENIORS CLUB

For seniors 55+, yoga involves physical postures and breathing exercises which leads to, among other things, improved physical fitness, mental clarity and general well being.

Instructors are certified professionals who are very familiar with the member’s limitations and the programs are designed to meet those needs.

Location: Trico Centre - FLC Seniors Lounge and MP 7/8

When:

Winter Classes:  13 weeks

Beginner Yoga:

Mondays January 9- Room 7 & 8 from 10:15 AM – 11:45 AM

Tuesdays January 10 - Seniors Lounge from 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM

Tuesdays January 10 - Seniors Lounge from 10:15 AM to 11:45 AM

Tuesdays January 10 - Room 7 & 8 from 10:30 AM to 12 Noon

Wednesdays January 11 - Room 7 & 8 from 10:15 AM to 11:45 AM

Fridays January 13 - Seniors Lounge from 10:30 AM to 12 noon  

Intermediate Yoga:

Mondays January 9 - Seniors Lounge from 10:30 AM - 12 noon

Wednesdays January 11 - Seniors Lounge from 10:30 AM - 12 noon

Thursdays January 12 - Seniors Lounge from 10:30 AM - 12 noon
