Bird Watchers

During May and June our group will meet
every Thursday morning at 8:00am in the southeast corner of Southcentre parking lot and carpool to the destination for the day. Trips are usually back by noon.

Even if you have never birded before come out and try this wonderful hobby. It is good exercise for both your brain and body.

BIRDING ANNOUNCEMENT

              FOR THURSDAY, MAY 24th

Due to the inclement weather on May 17th, we didn’t go on the Bluebird Trail. We will try to reschedule it later in June.

Next Thursday, May 24th, we will try to go to McKinnon Flats, east of the city on the Bow River. We haven’t been able to get into this area for a couple of years, so we hope for better weather!

We plan to leave the Southcentre Parking Lot near the C.I.B.C. bank at 8 a.m. We will carpool, so bring $5.00 for the driver if you are not driving. There are toilets on sight. We should be back by noon.
